🎬 Una mirada al duelo, la identidad y las tradiciones de una comunidad. En una nueva función de Cineclub La Última Fila, proyectaremos "El compromiso de las sombras" (2020), de Sandra Luz López Barroso, documental que acompaña a una mujer trans afrodescendiente encargada de realizar rituales fúnebres en una comunidad de la sierra de Guerrero. Una obra que nos acerca a una realidad comunitaria donde identidad, memoria, espiritualidad y tradición se encuentran. -------- 🎬 A look at grief, identity, and the traditions of a community. At a new screening by Cineclub La Última Fila, we’ll be showing The Commitment of the Shadows (2020), by Sandra Luz López Barroso, a documentary that follows an Afro-descendant trans woman who is responsible for performing funeral rituals in a community in the mountains of Guerrero. A film that brings us closer to a community reality where identity, memory, spirituality, and tradition come together.
